What began as casual workshops during lunch breaks has developed into a world-class training curriculum for each of our stylists and technicians.

Kenneth's is one of the only known 100% employee-owned salon companies in the country—a distinction that reflects our founder's belief that those who help build the business should share in its success. In 2007, Kenneth Anders transitioned ownership to his team, creating a culture where every guest supports a local professional with a personal stake in delivering exceptional service—and a brighter future for their family and community.

Our History
1980
The first “Believe” necklace.
It was created when Kenneth reached his first big sales goal. It became a tradition that stylists receive a “Believe” necklace when they reach milestone goals.
1985
Kenneth leads Intercoiffure as President.
Kenneth becomes President of Intercoiffure, the North American beauty industry's most prestigious professional association with an exclusive membership of more than 300 high-level salon owners.
1991
Feature of “Hairdresser of the Year” - Sheree Anders in Salon Report Magazine.
This was a feature article in the industry publication, "Salon Report" highlighting Sheree Anders' success behind the chair lauding her ability to manage a very full book/client list and winning Hairdresser of the Year. It also focused on Kenneth's business model and concepts. This was published 1st Q 1991.
